Sign Up policy
All new students must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in classes, private lessons, or a party
Registration and payment must be paid prior to attending class. If paying in cash, please bring exact change.
Please give yourself plenty of time to get to class. If this is your first class, please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
If this is your first time visiting ATX and you wish to sign up for a pole class above level 2, we recommend that you come in or call the studio beforehand to conduct a quick, 15-30 minute evaluation. The evaluation will ensure that you are in the correct level per your pole abilities.
We love last minute walk-ins, but if you know you are planning to attend class, please reserve your spot online. Spaces are limited. Any class with less than 2 participants within 6 hours before the class is scheduled to begin, will unfortunately have to be cancelled. If you are unable to schedule online, you may call studio for booking.
All classes are co-ed.
ATX Pole Fitness has a 6 hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel your scheduled class or wait listed class at least 6 hours before, then you will not lose the class credit, and you will not be charged a late fee (i.e. the class will be credited back to your account, and you will be able to use it for a future class). If you “late” cancel within the 6 hour window of the scheduled class, then you will lose the class credit from your package or membership. If you “late” cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled class, then your account will be charged a $7 fee, and you will lose the class credit from your package or membership. If you DO NOT SHOW UP (i.e. no show) for your scheduled class, then you will incur a $7 fee. If you are unable to make it, then PLEASE late cancel your class online or by calling the studio; accurate class numbers are essential for instructor preparation.
WAIT LIST POLICY:
When classes are full, you can sign up to be on the waitlist. Frequently, people will sign out early from classes, making room for those on the waitlist. You will receive an automatic email letting you know you have been added into class from the waitlist. If you are added into class, you will be held to the same cancellation policy as any other class you sign up for. If someone late cancels, you will be notified by phone or email from one of our staff members letting you know you have been added into class from the waitlist. When signing up for the waitlist, please expect to come take the class and be ready to come to the studio. If you are not sure you will be able to make it with a short notice, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged for class in case you are added in. If you are added into class, you will be held to the same cancellation policy as any other class you sign up for.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS:
Class Passes, Groupons and Membership Classes are non-refundable and non transferable. Once you purchase your classes, make sure you know the expiration date and use all the classes before that date. We will not extend the expiration date. All workshops are non-Refundable.
Monthly Memberships: This membership is a continuous payment plan and will continue until the buyer terminates the agreement in writing. You, the member, may cancel this membership by notifying ATX Pole Fitness 60 days before your membership expires. Please send all cancellation notifications via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by a hand-delivered letter to the studio. Membership is on auto-payment each month and if you fail to notify the studio 60 days before you memberships expires, your membership will automatically renew for another year or 6 month term. Termination of your monthly contract before the expiration date will result in a cancellation fee of $150.00. To avoid the cancellation fee, contract must be cancelled, with notice, 60 days prior to new contract beginning date.
Do not wear lotion to class and remove all jewelry on hands and wrists prior to class. We recommend SHORTS in pole classes, although it is not required. As you progress through the levels, you will find that many of the advanced moves require more skin exposure for pole contact. As always, wear what you are comfortable in, while remaining conscious of safety. Pole shorts must be opaque and form fitting. Please remove all jewelry before class from hands and wrists. Be mindful of personal hygiene including body odor and excessive perfume. ATX Pole Fitness is not responisble for lost or stolen items.
Feel free to bring heels with you (ask your instructor for recommendations). Heels must also have a strap around your ankle for balance and safety.
