INTRO TO POLE

No experience is required!

Learn pole walk, fundamental spins, and beginner transitions.

Pole Level 1

We highly recommend being able to execute these fundamental Intro moves:

  • ​​Dip Spin

  • Sexy Pushup

  • Body Roll 

  • Fireman 

  • Pirouette

  • Back Knee Hook

  • Front Knee Hook        

Pole Level 2​*

*Assessment test required

  • Dip Spin into Pirouette

  • Chair Spin

  • One-Handed Fireman into Back Knee Hook

  • Shoulder Rolls (Forwards & Backwards)

  • Fan Kick to Thigh Sit 

  • Climbs 

  • Upright Crucifix (hands off) to thigh sit to lay out 

  • Craddle Dismount 

  • Jasmine (Grounded)

Pole Level 3+*

*Assessment test required

  • Chair into Dislocator

  • Angel into Ballerina

  • Invert

  • No hands crucifix (Upside Down)

  • Side Climbs

  • Hello Boys

  • Star Gazer

  • Figure 4 Lay Back

  • Jasmine Extended 

  • Genie

  • Inside/Outside Leg Hangs

Free parking available around all the local businesses within the parking lot. 

Take Note: One designated parking zone reserved for permitted vehicles behind building one. It is clearly marked, and towing is enforced for any cars not permitted to park there.
