Level 1 

There are NO Prerequisites to enter Level 1. However, we do recommend that you attend at least FIVE INTRO CLASSES before attending a Level 1. 

Level 2 

FEEL READY FOR POLE LEVEL 2?

BELOW ARE THE PREREQUISITES: 

Pre-Req’s for L2 (must demonstrate on both sides):

 

  • 3 Continuous Pirouettes

  • One-Handed Fireman

  • Dip Spin 

  • Chair Spin

  • Back Knee Hook

  • Fan Kick to Thigh Sit 

  • Climb into upright Crucifix (hands off)

  • Shoulder Rolls (both Forward+Backward)

Level 3 

FEEL READY FOR POLE LEVEL 3?

BELOW ARE THE PREREQUISITES: 

Pre-Req’s for L3:

 

  • Chair into Dislocator

  • Side Climbs

  • Invert (both sides) into crucifix (Hands Off)

  • Figure 4 Lay Back

  • Hello Boys

  • Jasmine (Fully Extended)

  • Half Bracket Hold

  • Aerial Fan Kick into Thigh Hold

Level 4

FEEL READY FOR POLE LEVEL 4 and UP?

  • Circus Climbs

  • Inside/Outside Leg Hangs (Both Sides) 

  • Shoulder Mount Hold

  • Aerial Invert

  • Lower Down to Brass Monkey

  • Superman

  • Butterfly

  • Apprentice

  • Caterpillar Climbs

  • Dislocator
